Gerry Hyde with Allstate went above and beyond any other agent I’ve dealt with in the past. He saved my home by giving me better homeowners rates than 4 others I’d checked with. He also gave me fabulous rates for both my automobiles including my 16 year old driver. I told my newly married daughter about Allstate and Gerry also help them with their insurance needs. Being a new couple there was a lot of details they were unfamiliar with and Gerry walked them through every step of the way even if it meant after hours phone calls and texts. Gerry’s office staff has always been very helpful and super easy to work with. Very quick to respond and get messages to Gerry. I highly recommend Gerry Hyde Allstate Insurance to not only my family friends but all my clients and business peers as well.

Often I don’t have time (or want to take the time) to upload answers to twenty questions and hope I have it right. I just like to talk to a real person, get any questions answered and have a real person tell me if I have anything wrong or advise me of any changes that may be in my best interest. I had a letter advising me to call to review my policy coming up for renewal and I finally took the time to do that. In that conversation, I found out my mortgage was due to change in two months. To them it was business as usual (not under their control I might add,) but at over $300/mo, I very much appreciated that disclosure! As frustrating as it was, insufficient funds are worse! Then one of our vehicles broke and we decided at 4 pm to just go buy another one. I believe I used the app to cancel

I was skeptical switching my insurance when I first met Gerry but it was a no pressure situation. He really Made me feel at ease! I would recommend him if you are trying to save some money and you can bundle all of your services. That's how he helped me!

Worst customer experience I have ever had with Gerry. Paula was very sweet though. I consider myself a very nice person and I’ve never been so talked down to in my life. Just because I wanted to stick with my current insurance company he was angry that they gave me a better deal. I was asked personal questions that was none of his business like who is my current agent there..? My agent is very nice and that’s what Gerry is lacking. He doesn’t know how to talk nicely so maybe he should change his career
