I was fairly sure I could get a better deal on car insurance from a local provider, but I didn't expect it to be such a gratifying experience. I walked in the door and was greeted by Sherry immediately. She asked me to wait for a moment; it was less than 60 seconds and we were talking insurance. Sherry reviewed a couple items on my current plan and identified areas I was likely to get burned if involved in an accident (the online guys didn't do that for me).
