I spoke with Tom Potts on 12-02-25. Even tho I haven't been there since open enrollment 2023 the assistant called me by name when I came in the door. To me that speaks volumes about their caring for their clients. Back to Tom...I sat down and could tell he wasn't in a rush thinking about the next appt. It was all about me and my needs. He covered all bases from my current insurance provider, my PCP and other doctors I might need in the future, hospitals, and my medications. He also educated me as to how and why I'm covered under Dual Advantage Plans, the Medicare part and the Medicaid part plus other ways I get Extra Help with my meds.
