Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance

Only giving 2 stars because the insurance agents were kind and respectful. The adjustor was a huge issue. It took him a week to look at our roof and I called him to see when he was coming as he stated he would call when he came by and he already came. He said he needed more time to decide even though he said our roof looked pretty bad and needed to investigate to see the hail damage. Our claim was denied. Unsure why he needed so much time and why he needed to look into hail damage if this is normal "wear and tear." Would not use this company for home insurance. Our agent is in Bath County but since our home is in Madison County, they asked the Madison County office to take care of our case.

Taylor is the best . Anytime I have questions about our policy he always gets right back to me ! Thank you Ky farm bureau we are so happy we made the change to this company

Honestly, they were amazing to me after I wrecked my car! They were super helpful and kind, and got me a rental on the same day I had said I needed one. Everyone I’ve spoken to there has been incredibly nice, and I’m so glad I went with them for my insurance.

No complaints, fair quotes, and good customer service. I switched to them from another carrier for my home and auto. Call Greg Neece in Richmond

The employees are always kind and helpful. I removed a vehicle off of my insurance and it was taken care of right then. Refund was in the mail asap.
