The Newton Agency for Allstate is an excellent agency. I felt that they have always been willing to work with me to save me money. Everyone there are more than willing to help.

I’ve had really good customers service with them and they’ve also had the best price for insurance. I bought a new car this year and have another car on the plan with full coverage and it’s still a darn good price!

I will preface my low rating of this Allstate firm by clarifying one fact, my family had been a loyal customer of Allstate for more than 25 years. First in North Haven then due to a retirement we were switched to Cheshire. We remained satisfied for more years, that is until this year, and all due to one appraiser! The issue was we purchased a certified car one month and within the month the engine light signaled a problem. We took the car to a dealership we trusted! Immediately service informed us the engine/wires were damaged by a rodents nest 😆 An expensive repair but can be covered by insurance. I called immediately and an appraiser was assigned. Next thing I’m informed what was going to cost several thousand dollars for replacement of an engine harness and wires were now several hund

The staff is very friendly and ready to work with you to genuinely help you save. That is hard to find in these difficult times where we are all feeling financial strain.
