VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! These people never stop calling and when you call them back, you start telling them not to call you and they hang up, they don't even listen to you. Even if I was searching for insurance, which I am not, I would NEVER have these people provide me a quote or do business with, EVER!!!

Insurance guy told me he will give report to the lady who makes the decision on Monday, and now turned it into a week or more! He claims he has to type a 30 page report on my case. Not happy!! My incident happened over a mo. ago. Note: I do live in HUD housing, so that's probably why it takes lil longer I'm thinking. Everything has to be perfect. But, I need money (now) to help with injury related stuff, hopefully won't take much longer! I chose not to seek an attorney hoping they settle fairly meaning at least 3 k.
