They are a topical sleazy insurance company that just wants your money and will never actually help you with anything unless your house burns down. The roof of my house has been damaged from multiple high wind storms and of course they denied my claim with no explanation on how they claim it's prior damage before the storms. One they didn't do an inspection to ensure me and no inspector notice this damage when I bought the house 3 years ago. All insurance is a scam!! I'm sick of it and we need real consumer protection. We spend the money 2500 on average pre year on 30 year mortgage. That's 75000 dollars we will never get back. Plus 2500 deductible if they ever approve anything. We need better! 😤
