This company is a joke! I had an agent lie to me that one of my months was taken care of (meaning I didn’t have to pay) and not only did he lie but they ended up canceling my policy with no notification to me! When you call to speak to someone not only does it take over an hour, but I’ve had to speak to numerous agents bc no one was getting back to me! The agent even found the prerecorded call of the agent lying to me saying I didn’t have to pay and was only willing to type up a letter to say there was no relapse in my policy, I have never had to deal with such an unprofessional and deceptive insurance company I wish u could take away the one star I gave!

Worst company out there for you to take out car insurance, they make it difficult to cancel, I will never hire you again to insure something, I don't recommend it to anyone
