This company was truly great until after doubling my family’s car insurance price due to their “passing on their costs” to responsible seasoned drivers with perfect driving records; My family gave them plenty of opportunity to match and find a more competitive rate; after two attempts I terminated my policy and went with another company who saved us 1700 dollars a year; in which afterwards they were very vindictive including; hanging up on me and debiting my terminated policy with the increased doubled rate; so sad; this unprofessional behavior has left such a bad stench in our noses; and left us negative in our bank account till our next payday; I never write things like this but was compelled to in light of this behavior; Look around for competing prices; we were the perfect family to h
