Cancelled my insurance because of my dog’s BREED. So cruel, disgusting behavior. He has no incidents or reports against him, and is just as good as any other dog. What a JOKE

I was involved in a car accident where I was rear ended recently. The driver who hit me is insured by Hanover. We have been working with Shelia McCoy as our lead for this claim and she has been absolutely horrific. Today she explained that Hanover will not pay for the repairs at my Collision Center of choice because the auto body shop I chose will not use after market parts which Hanover states is all they are “required to do.” Meanwhile my repair shop states that they wouldn’t be able to insure their work because often times these after market parts are not the same quality and do not fit well. I am absolutely disgusted with this experience and will be taking Hanover to court. It’s been close to a month since the incident and my vehicle is still damaged.

These people are completely incompetent they send you a cancellation notice you pay that by the date due then you would think they would send you a bill for the following month but no why would they do that that would be too intelligent for them to do so instead they send you a bill for the following month for double payment let's see if you got a cancellation notice it must have been for a reason like somebody's out of work but let's see we'll send you a double payment that is due the following month instead of breaking it up into two months cuz I'm supposed to figure out your billing I just figured you threw that one in there so you wouldn't be behind or I wouldn't be behind either way you're incompetent you completely oblivious that customer service is a joke I think I talked to one nor

Worst Company on the Planet!!! They charge high premiums and avoid covering claims. If you have Hanover Insurance I would have my agent switch to a legitimate carrier immediately.

WARNING DO NOT USE HANOVER!!! This company is TREBLE. They will make you wish you never switched over as soon as you deal with one of there unprofessional employees
