I opened a new auto insurance policy with Plymouth Rock Assurance and requested to have the policy start date moved up so it would take effect earlier in the month. My request was addressed by HPM, and while it was not a simple task to move up the start date (they had to issue me a new policy with the same coverage amounts and new start date), the representative who helped me through the process was extremely helpful and personable. She took care of every step of the process for me and responded to my questions very quickly, going out of her way and making me feel like I was really being put first. Definitely great customer service!

We called the afternoon before we were to pick up our new boat, the next morning. Kate was very efficient, and was able to get all the information taken care of in just a couple of minutes. She emailed a proposal to us within a half hour. We corresponded back via email, and the application and policy were emailed to us immediately. She responded in minutes, and we were all set.
