Their client Robert Emery of Thomaaton is a known drunk driver, on my way to work at 5am one morning a commercial dump truck was tailgating me down a small 25mph street in thomaston, upset at the fact I was going 25mph, at the light I turned right and when I slowed down to turn he slammed into my truck with his commercial dump truck causing me to go off the road and destroyed my tire, luckily as he took off going 60+mph I was able to catch him tog etc a pic of his plate and it took the cops a month to find him, he has several criminal driving charges and has lost his license due to them, I had to get a tow truck to tow me to work and get a rental so I could get to and from work and the mechanic shop couldn't fit me in for 2 days, I had to pay for the tow myself, pay for the 2 back tires to

A driver insured by Concord hit the stone wall in front of our property and damaged it. It took us several weeks to get the insurance info (not Concord's fault at all) and by the time I called, there was already an open claim, and the driver had already told them about the damage to my wall. I got the driver's insurance info on a Monday and called the same day. I was transferred to the individual handling the claim and left a message. No call back. Called and left another message on Wednesday. No call back. Called and left a third message on Thursday. No call back. Called the following Tuesday and the person actually answered! Talked through everything and she asked I email her the quote we had gotten and pictures. Sent them the same day. Waited till the following Tuesday. No

I would leave a negative review, but there is no option. I have been trying to call this company to report a claim, but all of the numbers that i called each 12 times would ring 5 or 6 times and then disconnect. This was at 2pm when I began calling through 2:20pm when I chose to leave this review, i called my agent first and was told to call the claims office. I will be looking for another insurance company as this one apparently has no working phones.

I would give 0 stars. called their number on behalf of one of my clients to make an adjustment to their auto policy. I was told to call back later because they were "all busy". I asked her to take my number to be called back when someone was free and her response was "no". Great job on customer service guys. I now have my customer looking elsewhere for insurance so he can go down the road in his new truck.

No Good. I put one small claim in $3,750.00 and Concord did not renew my insurance policy. My customer damaged my car and the accident was not my fault. Bunch of cry babies over such a small amount.
