Horrible customer service. The adjuster Michael had a disrespectful manner. I was appalled at his behavior towards me. I was rear ended and it was a horror show dealing with them from start to finish. My experience with the adjuster at the body shop wasn’t pleasant either. He said the shield that fell off my car was not due to the accident. So, Concord Group, even not having to pay a dime towards the repairs, rudely told me by the Concord Group adjuster that if guy at body shop says it’s not related then it will not be covered. I was told by 2 mechanics that the accident surely could have loosened the heat shield. Then I had no rental arranged at one point. I did most of the paperwork too. I had to email Concord Group information that I had already gave to the Agents who weren’t the best

A leaking pipe caused water damage in the lower level of our house. Immediately after initial remediation by a service company, Concord was notified of the service company's estimate for repair. Concord's claims adjuster was on site within 24 hours. The repair estimate was promptly approved and funds were remitted to me for payment to the contractors for sheetrock and flooring replacement, painting and other items. Brynn Darling, the claims administrator, was always available, highly professional and worked closely with the contractors to get the needed standard documentation before final payment to the contractor for the initial remediation. Concord's Adjustment Department out performed my expectations.

Last year, I left my previous insurance carrier due to costs. No collions, no tickets, no claims. The company has "Legendary Service". That's true, they are good but so am I. I paid my premiums with no claim. I switched over Concord Group Insurance. My luck ran out this last January when I hit a deer and crunched the front of my truck. My insurance adjuster did a good job keeping me in the loop with an appraisal, a body shop of my choice, arranging a rental car, and getting my vehicle repaired. It's amazing how a deer can cause over $8,000 damage. But all said and done, I paid my $250 deductible and was back on the road within a month with my truck fixed nicely. They had my back all the way. Incredible ! Clear, reliable, informed staff and the claim was paid as promised when promised. Smooth and angst-free. Really a client centered approach. Refreshing in today’s business world.

Beware — Sky-High Premiums and Poor Value I’m writing this review to share my personal experience with Concord Insurance Group, and it was overwhelmingly negative. When we first took out a homeowners policy, the rate seemed competitive. Unfortunately, that changed fast: • Year 1 → Year 2: our premium doubled with no major claims or changes to the property • Year 2 → Year 3: it nearly doubled again, jumping to a figure that made absolutely no sense for comparable coverage in our market. When we questioned the increases, the explanations were vague (“market adjustments,” “re-rating,” etc.) and customer-service reps couldn’t point to any concrete reason—no major storms in our area, no high-risk renovations, no claims, nothing. To us, it felt like pure price-gouging. Bottom line: In my op
