This company does not keep their word and will NEVER call you back. Just in the last 2 months, this company has caused me to incur $200 in fees and charges for a policy that I CANCELED back in JUNE because I moved to another STATE!! I've CALLED AND EMAILED with no response. This is such a lazy company when it comes to correcting their wrongs. There is no excuse and it is BEYOND excessive that it is now mid-OCTOBER and there was yet another charge taken from my account this morning on a policy that I NO LONGER HAVE! My only option is to close an account that I've had since 2003 because this company refuses to correct their inadequacies and pay me back all the money that was technically stolen from me since I canceled my plan in JUNE. I'm raising kids on a budget that does not have room for
