I have been a customer of Susquanna Valley Insurance for well over a decade now. What makes me a loyal customer of SVA, besides their great rates, is their customer service. From day one, Ian and Doug have always went above and beyond to make sure that my questions are answered, thoughts are heard, and always finding me the best rates. I am always greeted with enthusiasm and leave the conversation feeling satisfied I received the answers I need. This is why I will remain a loyal customer of SVA for all my insurance needs
Ian and Doug are honestly the most amazing people to deal with I've been with this insurance company for 2 years going on 3 when I had a claim it was dealt with within 2 days
Progressive insurance is not attentive to their customers. Not impressed at all. I cancelled my policy may 1 2021 and they didn't cancel it till June 14 2021. Will not insure with them again if I can help it.
Top notch staff, ian is the best!
Great people to deal with.
