I had an unfortunate fender bender to the tune of about $3,400.00. I filed the claim with the Nationwide 800 number claims service and was given a claim number. A week later, I called the claim rep at the 800 number again, and was told my check was being sent so I could get the work done. After two weeks, and no check I called my claim rep and left a voice mail and got no return call. I left an email that same day, and no return email. Over the next week, I called and left messages and emails 6 different times for my claims rep with no call back or email. She was not out of office or on vacation, just unresponsive. We have been with Nationwide and worked with Sharon at Kutney Insurance for over 20 years. We have our home, farm and auto insurance with them. Anything we ever need all I have to do is call and it is done. Never once have I had any problems with any changes through out the years. Any questions we have are answered immediately and professionally. I mostly deal with Sharon and she is like part of the family we have been with her so long.
