I dealt with Ryan Ritter on quoting my new policy and I was extremely happy with his professionalism and dedication to getting me what coverage I needed.

Well they use Erie the supposed top customer service insurance agencies in the industry. If this is the best I’d hate to see the worst. My first claim and I hear nothing, down a car because my 18 year old son can’t drive a rental and no sense of urgency. I’ll be leaving cornerstone and Erie after it’s settled.

There rates were better than what I had. But when I had to have a procedure done, they said I wasn't covered. ( Day before test!). I was on the phone for over 3 hours back and forth and told 3 different stories. The first person I spoke to was helping and said she would call me back, but didn't. When I called and asked for her, I was told she wasn't in the office on this day, after I had just spoke with her. I will be looking for different insurance.

Don't hate, just disappointed. I was referred to them and they called me 1time and never got back to me. Phone doesn't take message. Update: mix-up on phone. They did get in contact with me and I have taken their advice on both house and car insurance, saving money. I've had wonderful experience with this agency since then. I like that they are a locally based business and very near me.

Cornerstone goes over and beyond insurance needs for their customers! They simply are there when you need them, even went in on her day off to help me and my small business! I couldn’t be happier with any other insurance company!
