Rennel Rodarmel: Allstate Insurance

So dissatisfied with them. Had Allstate for years and in different states as well. I fought tooth and nail during Covid for a claim on my RV that was struck by lightning, they wouldn’t send an adjuster out, they wouldn’t cover it, and they couldn’t cover a tow to a shop that I paid for that service! Ended up paying 3k out of pocket to fix. When there was obvious damage. This insurance was not cheap at all. They also have been absolutely HOSING me on monthly insurance for my car and I had no accidents, no tickets. Switched to a much better company and getting more coverage for a third of the price!

I have been with them for over 15 years and I recently had an auto accident. The lack of communication that was provided was absurd. Yesterday I called and spoke to Kane and asked for a call back and he said he would have rich or rennie give me a call back and they never called me back. I called in this morning and spoke to Sheila and she said she would have them give me a call back when they were free. I called two hours later and Rich answered. He told me to "take my business elsewhere" and hang up on me. I have been with this agency for over 15 years and this is the way I am treated. I would think this would soak volume to anyone looking for a new insurance company.

I only give Allstate a three because the price is okay the coverage is good but if you've been with them for 10 years or ten days and one time you mistakenly lose your bill and you don't pay your bill one time instead of you having a grace period they just shut you off and i mean ur insurance is cancelled you hace to find someone else to give it to you cancelled. And I'm not exaggerating it is literally one day you do not get any time for being an all the time good payment person you don't get any credit for that they do not care about the person that only care about the money!!!

I handle my mom's financial matters. She had been a long time customer of this agency. My recent customer experience with them has been less than desirable. I will never tolerate being yelled at over the phone. I believe that they need to take a step back and look at treating customers with more respect and empathy. I am changing my mother’s policy over to AC Cruz where I know that her business will be valued.

Been with Rodarmel Allstate Insurance for years. Always easy to deal with and great rates. Cant comment on experience doing a claim because we never had to make a claim but I'm sure it will be painless and smooth.
