I had the pleasure of meeting with Candice today to review my policies, and the experience became far more meaningful than I ever expected. She was down -to-earth, personable, and incredibly patient as she helped me understand my coverage and walked me through different scenarios to find what best fit my needs. What truly stayed with me though, was the personal connection we discovered. In talking, we realized that we had both lost a child , and unbelievably the day was the same .
