Called to get a quote and spoke with Tim. Sent over all my info and followed up several days later since I had not heard from him to make sure he received my paperwork. He assured me that he did receive it and would get back to me. That was the last contact I had with him. Never called me back, never e-mailed, never sent a letter. If you have to chase an agent for a quote what kind of service would he provide if I had an issue? I would stay far away.
