I called Craig on the advise of a friend. What a wonderful experience I had with him. He came to my home and spent a long time explaining what plans would be best for me. I was a recent widow and confused about how I could get medical coverage for myself. My husband had a very generous plan from his employer but I could not afford that plan on my own. Craig took the time to research what was available and what I might require given my medical history. He also suggested an Rx plan that works well for me. I am so appreciative of his involvement in helping me choose the right plans for me and his daughter's quick response whenever I phoned her with a question. It is probably the best advice that I have received from a professional since my husband's passing 5 years ago!

My wife and I stopped in to see if Craig could help us to understand our Medicare choices. He was very helpful in providing literature as well as personal discussion so we could make a choice. My wife will be going back to Craig soon to get set up as he made the process easier than it would have been without his help. I read one negative review which seems out of character with everything we have experienced.
