Steven Bechard American Family Insurance

I recently had to file a claim and could not have been more impressed with the customer service. I contacted Steve and within minutes he explained my coverage in detail, and provided me with options for repair. He actually called the repair contractor for me and helped me schedule the appointment. Needless to say my vehicle will be fixed within 3 days. I didn’t have to wait on hold, I didn’t have to fill out any paperwork, and it seriously took 10 minutes. Thanks for being knowledgeable, responsive and professional! 5 stars!

Have had my policy (home, auto and life insurance) here for years. Only time I had to use the policy they were there for me. I can’t imagine leaving even if I were to find a better price, the people and knowledge that they will be there for me.

was told they would not cover me do to a small part of my siding missing and my garage door had small issue with it. will never go thru this company again
