Never in my life have I dealt with a woman as unprofessional as Laurie. I had simple questions about her not receiving my emails and she flipped out on me. I told her I would rather deal with someone else then to me talked to the way she way talking to me. She then began to say I am the owner. I am truly amazed at the level of ignorance. I should have read the reviews o n how rude she was to other people before I even called her. , Wow

Laurie Ginzl is extremely rude and unprofessional. I politely requested a few changes on a quote and she started huffing and puffing, I asked her if it was a bother and Apologized for getting a few details wrong, she replied, "Well , yeah this is a bother!" I took my business elsewhere.
