I was recently involved in an accident, which ended with my car being totaled. I'd never been in an accident before, so the next steps were a mystery to me. State Farm stepped in seamlessly and took care of everything from having my car towed to the settlement reimbursement. I greatly appreciate their thoroughness, professionalism, and timeliness. Maddy was absolutely fabulous answering all of my questions and taking the initiative at every corner.

I had previously been with an agency for 18+ years and decided to meet with Kari's staff to compare coverages. Across the board their coverage was better, especially with car insurance. Very personable, accommodating and knowledgeable staff helped through the whole process even keeping within a ballpark figure it had for coverage. Several agencies would not cover us as we have a 2nd unit (cottage) on our property but that was not an issue for Kari. We are very pleased with their fast prompt service, reasonable pricing and hope to continue doing business in the future.
