Had hail and wind damage shane did nothing for me sent an email to hector then didnt do anything to help me..it was the biggest pain..dragged it out for over a year, making all kinds of weird things on why it did not happen..and did not cover all repair costs. Pushed it off to Hector out of Madison to give me the run around and have me go to engineers that did not have anything to do with it , like the city engineer..and they changed my deductible to 2500. From 1000 three days after the storm..go figure..not good for business...but Luke was a positive and tried to help me ...his hands were tied by upper management..not happy

I like shane, he really pulled through for me. Motorcycle accident, me vs deer, and was banged up pretty hard. He was there for every step of the way.
