I don't think this place is worth your time at all. Go someplace else! I was yelled at by my agent which was completely uncalled for, he lied to me, didn't know what he was talking about, never ever got back to me when he said he would, didn't help me at all when I needed it so I called and asked for the manager and when I asked to change agents, I got the owner who also gave me wrong information, didn't help me get insurance, and said he can't find any insurance for me and told me the entire policy was canceled which was incorrect! I asked him to find out some information for me and he never got back to me! Seems to be a pattern with this because I've also been trying to get life insurance since last spring and haven't gotten the information that I should have and needed from that agent a

Spectrum Insurance Group has outstanding customer service and truly care for their clients. They have helped my family save money through bundling services, shopping around for new policies, canceling old policies, and setting up automatic payments so our family never has to worry. They are quick to respond to any questions and recently notified us of their new app, which lets you have your insurance information on you at all times.

Spectrum Insurance Group, and especially Suzy Kramer, is wonderful to work with. Suzy keeps her eyes open on ways to save us money. She's efficient and never fails to get back to respond quickly whenever I ask any questions.

Tom Brey is a great agent to work with. Professional and informative and most importantly he was able to find deals that saved me hundreds of dollars!

Why, isn't 4 stars enough? Me, I'm getting tired of patting businesses on the back! If I haven't called back with a problem, then we're good! Enough is enough
