I wanted to share my recent experience with switching my insurance for both home and auto to State Farm. Based on a referral from my daughter, I chose to compare my rates with State Farm. That’s where I had the opportunity of being introduced to Genna. After being with my previous insurance carrier for almost 30 years, I was so impressed at how Genna took the time to explain the policy coverages in detail. She not only did this once over the phone but a second time in person. While saving money was a part of my decision for switching, the most significant part was the fact they took the time to make sure I had a clear understanding of my coverages.
