Kevin Bohlig - State Farm Insurance Agent

Reed Oistad is the manager for the branch that I use and he misquoted me for my car insurance. He quoted me $180/month and my actual price turned out to be $223.33/month. If I had known that price was going to be that much I would not have switched my insurance. I tried calling him to figure things out and I called 8 times to try to get ahold of him. Every time I called someone told me to call back in a couple hours and that he would get back to me. There was another mix up with my insurance in which he said it would go down by $20 and then it didn't due to an error. Its frustrating trying to get ahold of someone and then getting false information multiple times when you do get ahold of them. I would not recommend State Farm for an accurate estimate and I would not recommend Reed Oist

My agent Brandon was excellent and went above and beyond in researching the best insurance options for our family’s needs. We saved thousands and ended up with more extensive coverage. His attention to detail was outstanding and appreciated.

I have had my family insured here for years. My agent Conner Jaycox has been a great representative of State Farm and Kevin's office. He has provided us with amazing service and expert recommendations of coverage. I had a particularly complicated claim and Conner was there for me throughout the whole process to make sure I was happy with the level of service that i was receiving. I highly recommend Conner. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional in everything he does. It's refreshing to have an agent I can really count on to look out for me!
