NOT a GREAT agent when it comes to customer service. Customer Service is poor 1/5 in response to email. Left a voicemail many times in the past like within 3 weeks once a week and never received a call back or checkup. Bombard with few emails for follow up and never received a response back. Flet like agent ONLY wants your business then doesn't do GREAT in response to clients. You might want to look elsewhere if you do NOT want to deal with this type of agent. Only speaking from my experience.

Wish I could leave ‘no stars.’ Was simply trying to change some car insurance coverage. Before we even got that far, they told me they will now only ‘bundle’ insurance and I’d be let go once my insurance runs out. I told them I didn’t want to do that. I asked the person who he was? “I’m the owner and you can f$&k yourself.” I still cannot believe it! He then messaged me, “I’m cancelling you right now!” Unreal. I’ve experienced a lot of things in my life, but this just shows how each day can be a surprise. Stay away from this agency. I had been a 17 year customer. Absolutely nothing could possibly compare to what this agency has turned into since new ownership a few years ago. Please. Do not even bother with your valuable time! Bjorn was my Allstate agent, but his product has proven to treat me with the utmost disrespect. Allstate has been unwilling to respond to my emails or calls and has not provided any of the documents I've requested. I've heard Travelers insurance is the best after learning how poorly Allstate treats its customers.

I do like and enjoy the services I get through all state. Allstate is very willing to work with its customers to provide easy access and quick response to get things taken care of. The insurance suggestors are always pleasant and polite even when there are problems going on.
