Casey Charlson - State Farm Insurance Agent

I called and asked Casey if making a particular claim would adversely affect my insurance. He said no, you have accident forgiveness because you’ve been a customer so long (over 20 years), it’s fine. I did, and State Farm entirely dropped me from insurance. If I hadn’t called Casey to ask, I would say it was all on me; but I DID call and ask. He did not even apologize after I called and asked him about the adverse insurance decision. I hope I am able to warn others - this man is not a competent professional and cannot be relied upon. There are many agents out there- go with one who knows what they are doing.

Jedet was great in helping me change from progressive to State Farm. She was able to help lower my insurance and provided me with lots of new information regarding my insurance. She is a Spanish speaker as well which made communication much easier. I would really recommend working with her if you want insurance on your vehicle, home or small business. Honestly I’m very happy I switched and recommend to anyone looking for good insurance.

Cole was very helpful, totaled my care at 8:00 AM on Tuesday 2 weeks ago and by 12:00 that day had a free car waiting for me at Enterprise. the following Tuesday they had everything resolved and paid and I was able to buy a new car. Back to where I was in 8 days was far better than I expected and they walked me through the whole process. Would definitely recommend them, beat my expectations by a mile.

Casey has been totally unresponsive. And now our requested renter’s insurance was canceled because they didn’t receive a “completed application”. Absolutely no reaching out to us about any missing information. Also disputing the fact that I no longer drive our vehicle, despite the fact that I no longer have a driver’s license (just a state id) due to my handicap.

My State Farm agent is truly the best! He is professional, knowledgeable, and always goes the extra mile to make sure I have the right coverage. Anytime I have a question or need assistance, he responds quickly and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The level of customer service he provides is outstanding, and I feel confident knowing I’m in good hands. If you’re looking for an insurance agent who genuinely cares, I highly recommend him!
