I work with Julie Welde and she is extremely responsive, answers all my questions, helps me understand the claim process, & extremely knowledgeable when it comes to insurance! Gary and his gals are among the most patient, knowledgeable and professional of any business (insurance or otherwise) that I've had the privilege to cross paths with. I acknowledge multiple vehicles going on and off coverage I'm a bit more 'needy'. When Your car, house or property is damaged or violated, it's emotionally charged and at times people are at their worst, but the times I've needed remedies Gary and The Gals exceeded expectations in compensation and patient understanding. These guys are the most attentive and conscientious group of insurance providers i have ever come accross. my family and i got a new camper and with all of the hubbub, we forgot to insure it right away. a while back i had mentioned in passing to Jenny hollenbeck (one of the agents) that we were going to get a camper soon and she went out of her way to email me just to inquire about the status. her email reminder to insure our trailer came just in time. we set up a policy and a week later our camper was stolen. Jenny talked us through the process and was both incredibly helpful and so kind. i couldn’t recommend these guys more.
