Did a terrible job handling my case taken 5 months plus to receive my money from them after someone with thier coverage total my car. Still haven't received my money Never use them

My husband and I have been shopping around for new car insurance the past couple months which brought us to state farm to inquire about an auto policy. The customer service was so excellent that we ended up getting life policy added to our auto policy for our 3 kids. I spoke to the agent Sara at state farm who was very knowledgeable about the policies and took the time to explain everything to my husband and me. She was patient and extremely nice. This is what great customer service looks like and I will recommend state farm all the way. P.S the rate was $300 less than what we were paying before. Thanks, Sara, for all your help.

Huge shoutout to Sarah with Darren Moore’s office! I spoke with her today and that was by far the best convo I’ve had with State Farm! She was super friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable and was able to save me money on my policy! She has a gift for customer service! Keep being awesome Sarah!
