One year ago our insurance company was purchased by Karsumo. I was made aware since YoY I chased our annual renewal. Our first interaction was pleasant and good. This year was the first time that months in advance WE were reached out to regarding our renewal. It was seamless and completed weeks in advance. Karsumo has been attentive and engaging. Everyone here is super professional and friendly. They make me feel like a friend not just a customer. I really appreciate how they follow up on my insurance needs, remember who I am and are always personable. Ever since the new owner took over, I’ve really noticed and appreciated the little touches like candy, drinks for customers and even free calendars. It makes the experience feel more welcoming. Even when I call almost every other day lol they’re always kind and easy to talk to. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I understand what coverages I have. I like to know what I’m paying for! Great team all around!

My family been with Allstate for over 20 years. And when Mr. KARSUMO took over the office I see a huge difference. The whole staff is very friendly over the phone and in-person. It has been a pleasure.

When I called and asked to speak to Mr. Siefa, I wasn't asked 50 questions, the one said just a minute. When he got on the phone he was extremely pleasant and helpful. Eventhough I think their cost is a bit high but, I appreciate the personal and professional touch.
