Kelly is the best insurance agent I've ever had. I had an issue with something on my policy and was told I needed to call the 800 number. I called first time and was disconnected. Called second time and literally sat on hold for 25 min. When someone finally answered I was told they couldn't help me and that I needed to call a different number. I ended up calling Kelly which I should have done in first place and she put everything on hold that she was doing to help me. My issue was solved in 10 minutes and she also found a way to save me a few extra dollars in the process. I hope and pray that she never leaves the insurance business. I will be staying with her as long as I can drive. She truely cares about her people. Thank you Kelly
