My experience over the telephone speaking with Crystal Flores was a great one. She made everything quick. She was very thorough and she was concerned about my work schedule. She was so nice. I realize she was the firm that I wanted to deal with with all my insurance needs, From house to boat to jet skis to motorcycles to automobiles, they will be getting my business. In a world like today with not the best customer service it was a pleasure speaking with Crystal regarding my State Farm insurance needs. Thank you

Ray I just wanted to provide an excellent review specifically for "Kimberly Hardin". When my original agent Melissa left your office, I had a claim I needed to submit for theft. The state farm web page was failing, the 1-800 numbers left me on hold for over 15 minutes and your office operator had no idea how to help me (because she was new). The only thing my local office that I pay for help could do is recommend sending me back to the web or to the 800 numbers again. I was ready to leave State Farm all together. Then I got a call from Kim addressing a review I left with State Farm. She began by apologizing about the whole situation. Calm, professional, willing to listen and then take action in order to win me back as her own new client (which wasn't easy). Three car, 3- home and 1-umbrell

I've been a customer with Ray Romano State Farm for the past 9 months. When I first signed up with them, the premium rate they gave me beat my previous premium with a different company by almost 50% for the same coverage. I visited their office on Silverside Road that day, and everyone I met there was friendly and professional. Today I called and spoke with Erin Waters because I needed to transfer my policy coverage to a new vehicle, and I asked what time I could visit the office to take care of the details. Erin informed me that we could complete that over the phone, and within ten minutes everything was completed. Erin was so very helpful, knowledgeable, and saved me at least 45 minutes of driving to and from their office by handling everything over the phone. I highly recommend this i

I submitted an online quote 10/23. Within minutes Shannon Rezek reached out with a better quote and I asked her to reach out to me tomorrow. She did call right when she said she would , and provided me with all the needed information. By the afternoon I was a state farm customer. I was paying almost $400 with nationwide for 1 car and renters insurance. I’m paying over $150 less now , and with better coverage. All Information she gave me was was accurate, honest and informative. Her communication was so great with quick responses via emails and phone calls She helped even with educating me on the fact that I could be done with nationwide despite them telling me otherwise and trying to make me pay.
