My husband and I have been with Smart Insurance Agency for many years. Our agent is Susan Hartwell and she is the very best agent you could ever have. She always takes the time to make sure we our getting the most out of our policies. The personal attention is absolutely wonderful. You are never dealt with as if you are only your policy number, she is a person who can be reacted and talked with. I love the agency and our Susan. !00 stars.

Agent Rachel Moment started with an upbeat greeting that made me feel that she was genuinely interested in bettering my Medical Welfare. She carefully explored my options and took her time explaining every detail that went along with each extra benefit. Lastly she suggested that I apply for Medicaid as well. I have been a customer for 10 years with the Owner, Rick Smart. This location is easy to get in and out of. Every time I walk into the door the ladies there are always happy and willing to help me in any way. The staff there is great; they get to know you and your family personally. When I got into a car accident out of state (with the other driver at fault), Smart Insurance went above and beyond! They were fast at sending my documents to me and to the at fault company. Smart Insurance walked me through every step and made sure that I got what I deserved out of the accident.
