Very helpful in getting a friends home to be insured. We have used Kiser for many years. No problems at all! Good local folks.

I have all of my P&C insurance with the Keith Kiser Nationwide agency and am very happy with their services. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and I know my home and auto insurance needs are met. I feel confident with their services and know I can always call on them if I have a question or concern. I have been with this agency since 1986 and have no plans to move. I've spoken to friends with other companies, and the price is comparable but often the service is not.

Most recently it has been very good. For the past 2 years our bills never got to us and then our insurance was cancelled because we did not pay the bill. There was no second attempt by email or phone call or text to contact us because perhaps we did not get the bill! Hopefully next year we will be sent a bill.
