I have my homeowner policy with erie and am quite happy with the policy, price and service. After hurricane Helene they were quick to answer my call and come out to assess the damages. I feel they went the extra mile processing my claim and am satisfied with the results. Heather was so helpful, returned my calls promptly and made sure everything went smoothly- I know if I have any question or issues I can go to her and feel confident she will do her best to help.

Cheyenne Matthews did not follow-up with me like her several e-mails promised. I had not given my DL number over text or e-mail, as I just don't feel comfortable with that. So I called three days ago now and she sent me e-mails promising she would be getting back with me....still no word at all. Would not recommend this company! Kinda bummed and wondering how they have so many 5-star ratings if this is how they treat people!
