About a year ago, after being a 40 year customer elsewhere, my wife and I made the decision to move our homeowners, automobile, and umbrella policies due to extremely poor service at our old insurance company. It was very hard to arrive at this decision after being loyal for so long and I approached this process having to start from scratch. My first call was to Morton Insurance and I spoke with Christy Shirlin. My first call was my last call, because Christy’s kind, very knowledgeable, and professional conversation with me told me we’d found the best agency from the start.
