Is this office even open? I've been waiting for someone to call me back since April to go over my policy for renewal, ended up renewing because i was short on time and now no one is answering my loan officer and this is holding back the closing for my refinance. Not sure how a company conducts business this way, but i'm ready to go elsewhere! Updated it to a 3 because after going full Karen, i finally got what i needed.

They closed on Saturdays but they put online that they open on Sundays. The customer service is sucks.
