I have been coming to Jean and his staff for over 10 years and I've yet to receive unsatisfied service. Anytime I have any issues or questions Sorel is more than happy to get on the phone and help me. I have also brought my brothers and my mom to get service to First Class because it's in the name the kind of service they offer. I came to them because of a friend sent me after I dealth with a long headache of identity theft but Sorel made sure my pin was active and been using a pin to do taxes since. I'm treated well every time I use their services. Very much first class services all around.
