Wow after not having a clue about what plan I needed Greg was my agent. He not only explains everything to you, he’s breaks it down to you where you understand what plan to choose and how it applies to you. Greg also didn’t get upset when I ask questions,which was a huge relief.

My experience with consultant Hamzeh Alturk (Zi) at he Florida Blue Center - North Miami was excellent. Zi was familiar with my questions and had reviewed my message ahead of time. Zi listened carefully, fully understood and resolved my issue quickly, efficiently and with a smile. I thought I would be there all afternoon (based upon my prior telephone attempts to solve my issue), but Zi had things squared away in less than 30 minutes. The North Miami Florida Blue center is conveniently located and well laid out. Thank you Zi!

I had to renew my health insurance and made an appointment with Mr. Gregory Josue. I can’t say enough how courteous and helpful he is. He topok the twine to explain different options and was able to get my insurance same day. Having people like him makes me want to continue to do business with BCBS, and establish a great relationship and be at ease that if you have any problems, Greg will be there to assist and help.
