Estrella Insurance

Dishonest, incompetent and rude! Maria sold me a policy knowing that it would not meet the requirements of the financing bank. I thought I was ok until the bank informed me that they insured me for the proper coverage. So now I owe the bank extra money. An insurance agent needs to be upfront and inform clients about important details of their coverage. To top it all off, when I went to her office to inquire about the situation she proceeded to insult me and yell. Shame on you Estrella Insurance. I’m going to spread the word about how unprofessional a company you are!!

Maria Gonzales, was very helpful today. She was able to get my friend a very good rate in little time. She was very friendly and polite and I am happy to recommend her to anyone who's looking for great service! God bless her!

Hoooooorible customer service. No one was there, but myself and the lady at the desk who ignored me for quite some time. When finally she acknowledged me, I asked for insurance for my car, and without even asking my name, or the car I drive, she asked what was my current insurance, I told her and she said that is the only insurance they work with and that I had the lowest insurance available... how would she know??? If she didn't even ask my name or the type of car I drive???? Then, she told me to have a good day (Ifelt she kicked me out of the place). After all, I am glad she showed the true colors of the COMPANY... agents are the face of companies... they reflect on how companies are... I went across the street and got me a good insurance!

Maria is the best at her job, she has been doing my husband's (Eric delcampo) and mine's car insurance for years. She has always helped us with any problem that has to do with insurance coverage, and the best thing is that she does it on the same day and quickly. We are more than happy with the service she offers. Maria, thank you very much, you are the best.

Maria is the worst and unprofessional, honestly I wish I can do business with Manny. She is rude, impatient, not consistent on the information she provides. Also, refuse to answer the phone and just basically difficult for no reason. She gives me a hard time every time and we make sure to return the favor. Maria please upgrade your customer service because in that area you lack a lot.
