Very knowledgeable and helpful. Recently went through an accident with our son. The other party was fully non-responsive to all forms of contact, insurance, police, etc. Shire City was very helpful while Mapfre was not.
I can't say anything bad about Shire City insurance they really go the extra mile to help you out. Best insurance agency I've ever used, by far!
