Very little help and follow through with a broken window issue at my business. I had a very difficult time with the adjuster at Union Mutual and I had called Greylock and asked them to help me out with the situation, and there was no help and no follow through. It was a year long struggle for a simple problem. As a small business owner, you would hope that a smaller community bank would go to bat for you when needed. It’s shameful that you can’t even get a phone call returned. I know how important it is to return phone calls to customers and I make sure it happens even if I know the discussion will be a hard one. It’s just the right thing to do. I will be finding another company for insurance and using another bank for my business banking going forward.

I've used them for 12 years now. Never an issue, communication is phenomenal and I always have the answers toy questions before the end of business day.

Great service, very courteous employees in their insurance division as well as their Credit Union.

Super expensive. Has to cut the cord.
