we have been with Liberty Mutual for 50 years. Called Mountain one for some information spoke with James. He is an amazing person to talk to. And definitely an asset to your company. With that being said, we have switched everything over to mountain one and feel very comfortable about it. It’s very difficult at our age to make such a big change. I’ve never felt so comfortable speaking with someone and feeling secure on my decisions. I would like to personally thank James for going above and beyond. Again, I feel very comfortable with the decisions that we have made to switch over to your company. Having someone like James in your corner doesn’t come very easy these days. I called Mountain one last week February 2 to get a quote for house insurance. The woman took my information to build me a quote said you’d call me back. She never did a week went by. I called again to refuse to take my calls again and then I called again and she left for the day. They don’t want to business with anybody else. Stay away from now.

I had a homeowners policy and an auto policy with this outfit for a little over 1 year. When I was in the process of buying a new vehicle in Schenectady NY, the dealership contacted Lianne at MountainOne for the simple process of adding my new vehicle to my existing policy. This is something that takes minutes at every insurance company I've ever dealt with.
