I’ve had an outstanding experience with Sebring Insurance Agency ! From the very beginning, their team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the best coverage for my needs. They took the time to explain all of my options clearly, answered every question with patience, and made the process of choosing a policy incredibly smooth.

Took me on a walk in basis searching for auto insurance rates. I have been pleased to have homeowner insurance here for several years. They were fast, efficient and did not try to sell me when they could not match my current rate. Great people. Updated 3/27/2024. They were able save us substantially on auto insurance this year. American Tradition through Sebring insurance held the line on rates, too. These people are terrific! Great service too.

Originally went in and spoke with Eva and she was very kind and knowledgeable. She gave us three quotes for a house I am buying. We received 4 other quotes from other insurance agencies all around the same price but decided to go with Sebring insurance because of our recommendations from friends. We then received some very weird calls from someone names Alia (Could be spelled different). She said she could not find the quotes we were talking about and she had no info from our Loan company and then proceeded to tell my fiancé that the insurance was now $400 more than quoted and that the only way she could give us a discount was if our drivers license had the address of the home we have not even purchased or lived in. We called our loan company to tell them not to go though with them and we

I had been with them for 2+ years. Paid my yearly auto insurance. I paid of my truck, and was going to opt out or make changes to my policy. I stop by and talk to Beth about the changes that I wanted to do. This was 7 days before my existing policy ran out. I stop by the day of the old policy would expired. Beth NEVER called me prior the end date with the new rate. I was told they were to busy and didn't have time to do it. Now, the policy wasn't written because of hurricane Helena. So, as of now, I have no insurance on my truck. I think this was unprofessional on their part. So I will be looking for another insurance company to write a [policy for me.

Been waiting 2 weeks for a quote on lawn equipment called 2 times Beth takes care of that first call, second call Beth is with a customer she will call you 2 days later still no call back but another insurance company hasn't called or sent quote either a week later what happened to customer service?? We have liability insurance for our business thru this company went great so thought we would switch all our car insurance Beth said we can beat State Farm so took all our information nope can't beat State Farm. Talked to Zana when going back 🔙 n to see about quote had to see Beth but Beth is not available.
