High pressure sales and they do not cancel when you ask. Family member needed a different kind of policy and canceled the same day. She was assured no money would come out of her account. 10 days later her account was charged and she had to call and dispute the charge. Original agent number no longer worked. Finally reached main company and had to cancel a policy that should have been canceled 10 days prior that should have never been activated because it was canceled by customer 15 minutes after placing the purchase.
