These guys are first class. They do both my business insurance and my personal insurance and i cannot recommend them enough. You need somebody to take your back when you have unfortunate things happen, and they will be there for you. That is priceless.

Horrible experience with Don Schaeffer. He hired a restoration company that charged over $1000 for work that was never completed. Don did nothing to help me. I’ve waited for 9 months to get repairs done. I asked him specifically if this claim would affect my insurance on not one occasion but two and he said no. I would never ever ever recommend him to anyone.

Had ERIE insurance through Don for years but forgot to pay a couple times and they booted me. Ended up with GEICO, paying way more. Today I got back to ERIE and will save $2,300 just in the next 12 months on my homeowners and auto. They always get right back to me. Huge fan.

Always prompt kind service. My Mom was killed in a car accident and Don even came to the memorial service, which he did not need to do. Erie insurance is also top notch.
