I have been doing business with James Epp Insurance for about 10 years. The staff there goes above and beyond excellent service. Sandra Butner is usually who I deal with. But I have to say there isnt a person there that is not knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with on all insurance.

Yvonne Smith is awesome! So responsive and professional! She assisted us with homeowners and gave us 3 choices to review and explained each one to us.

We have been customers with this agency for a long time and have always been taken care of. The whole staff is helpful and personable, and we most often talk with Susan. She always makes sure to take the time necessary to get the best deal for the best coverage and makes sure to communicate every step of the way. No matter who helps you it is always a great experience and we'll be happy to continue to use them for years to come.
